Cancellation Policy

All deposits and payments are non‑refundable, as agreed to at the time of booking when you clicked or verbally confirmed acceptance of the ticketing contract.

To protect your investment, we strongly recommend purchasing travel protection. We partner with Travel Insured to offer two levels of coverage: a standard insurance policy and an optional Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) add‑on that reimburses up to 50% of your trip cost.

• Standard Policy: Reimburses 100% of paid funds for covered cancellation reasons.
• Cancel For Any Reason Add‑On: Reimburses up to 50% of paid funds for cancellations not covered under the standard policy when cancelled at least 48 hours before sailing.

You can review full policy details here. If you purchased travel protection and need to cancel for a covered reason, you may file a claim directly with Travel Insured. Sixthman does not provide refunds.
