Booking Changes

Only Lead Guests can request to change or remove existing guests, or to upgrade to a higher-priced stateroom category. Stateroom downgrades to a lower-priced category are not permitted. All such requests must be submitted by the Lead Guest by phone or email.

Because the Lead Guest controls the reservation, any change to the Lead Guest is subject to a $299 Lead Guest Change Fee. No Lead Guest changes or transfers are permitted during the presale or after Thursday, July 23, 2026. After an event sells out (or when First Available is activated), Lead Guest changes are not permitted unless the replacement guest was already listed on the reservation before the sellout date. Any permitted Lead Guest change incurs the $299 fee.

All guest names must be submitted no later than Thursday, July 23, 2026. Each reservation receives one complimentary name change prior to Thursday, July 23, 2026. Any additional name changes before that date incur a $50 administrative fee per change.

Any changes made after Thursday, July 23, 2026, and more than one week prior to sailing are subject to a $75 fee per change. Any changes made within one week of sailing are subject to a $100 fee per change.

No changes or guest additions of any kind will be allowed after 6:00 p.m. ET on October 19, 2026.

These terms and conditions are outlined in Section #3, “Changes, Transfers and Cancellations,” of our ticketing contract, which each Lead Guest agrees to at the time of booking. This information is also included in the confirmation email sent to every Lead Guest upon booking.
